do this first
Press the Home button of your Android smartphone and then say 'Hey Google'. In this way your Google Assistant will be activated.

Then say Send A Message to - (the name of the contact you want to send the message to). Keep in mind that that contact must be saved in your phone so that the voice assistant can recognize it.
Select app
After this select the app through which you want to send the message. After selecting WhatsApp, whatever message you want to send, speak it to Google Assistant.
This way the message will be sent
Once you have spoken a message, Google Assistant will repeat it once. After this he will confirm to you whether you want to send this message or not. Now you say 'yes' and in this way the message will be sent without you typing it.
